Ayesha Akter

Ayesha Akter is a Lecturer in the Department of Nano Materials Ceramic Engineering at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). She earned her Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Materials Science and Engineering from Boston University, USA (2023), and completed her B.Sc. in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering at BUET (2015). Her academic training is complemented by research experience in electrochemical energy systems, with a focus on solid oxide cells, hydrogen generation and storage, lithium-metal batteries, electrolyte materials, and advanced electrochemical characterization. Through her teaching and research, she is committed to strengthening foundational materials science education while advancing modern nano materials and renewable energy research.
