Nabira Huda is a materials engineer and academic at BUET, with a B.Sc. in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the same university, earned in June,2026 with Dean's List honors.
In July of the same year, she joined the Department of Nanomaterials and Ceramic Engineering at BUET as a faculty member. She teaches undergraduate courses in nanomaterials and ceramic engineering, contributing to curriculum delivery, instructional design, and student assessment, and mentors students as they build the technical foundations for careers in the field.
Her undergraduate thesis focused on two-dimensional Ti₃C₂Tₓ MXenes as electrode materials for supercapacitors, examining how synthesis and processing conditions shape their structure, surface chemistry, and electrochemical performance. Building on this foundation, her interests now extend to energy storage and photocatalytic applications, and the wider development of nanomaterials for sustainable energy and environmental technologies.

Education:
M.Sc.Engg. in Nanomaterials and Ceramic Engineering (studying), BUET, Bangladesh
B.Sc.Engg. in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering (2026), BUET, Bangladesh

Research Interests: 2D Nanomaterials and MXene based Systems, Energy Storage and Photocatalytic Applications
